WE ACCEPT RETURN(S) IF:
You receive a product different from your order, or you receive a defective product. We do not accept returns if you simply just changed your mind.
Items must be unused and in the same condition, you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the condition of a product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED?
If you received a defective product or wrong product, please contact our customer service team. Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during POS delivery as we will make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND!

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns can take up 14 business days from the time we receive your return. Defective product returns will receive a full refund, shipping and handling costs are not included in the refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of the receipt of your return.
Contact your card-issuing bank with any questions about the time it takes for your credit to be posted to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
The refund is the only commodity price.

Contact us as soon as possible so we can make the requested changes to your order. Orders which have been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
